Singing the praises of the Christian History Libraryre
I just received my latest order from FACE: the Christian History Library in Libronix. It is the best investment I’ve made in a long time. There are 11 volumes included (see the list here). They are all searchable and interactive, so I can search a topic and the program will search all volumes for every reference. It saves so much time. I can also tag passages with my own notes and save them. This is … read on, my friend…
Let the voting begin
Believe it or not, I was nominated in the controversial but fun HSB blog awards. There are two I’m up for (best encourager and best curriculum/business). I don’t see myself winning against the stiff competition, but it’s fun to be nominated all the same. Check out the categories by clicking the logo below: And while you are there, make sure to vote for Dana of Principled Discovery (“Live what you believe” and “Current events”) and Renae of Life … read on, my friend…

New PrincipledMom™ site!
I have just launched my newest Web site. It has a lot of the same info as Principium, my old Biblical Principle Approach home educators’ site, but it has a different feel and focus. And keep in mind that I am adding to it almost every day. There is a lot of work ahead but it’s a labor of love. Take a look and let me know what you think! PrincipledMom™

BPA updates
As I have done so many times, I get wild ideas and don’t really think them through. So, in case you have been looking for the principles study here, it’s not happening. That’s because I have been working with Lisa H. on an idea we have had for a couple of months now. We are beginning a study similar to the SDS in James Rose’s book, A Guide to American Christian Education. We are really … read on, my friend…

summer fun
Starting next week, I will post one of seven principles of America’s Christian history and government and discuss it. I do not claim to be all knowledge, but I will attempt to explain things and hopefully spark some dialogue. I plan to include links, summer reading, activities for all ages (even preschoolers) and resources to make your study time easier and more fun. Hope you will make plans to be a part of the excitement over … read on, my friend…
