His love is totally unconditional and not preformance-based. That is hard for me to grasp at times. He loved us first, while we were still sinners, so that love never changes. When we know how much we are loved it is easier to walk in freedom realizing that our work is for someone greater than ourselves. Yes, I did need to read this. :)
